WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS SHIP?

At Lightopia, we source lighting from around the world! Many of our items are made to order, while others are usually in a nearby warehouse. Made-to-order products typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks from confirmation. For warehouse items, shipping depends on the size of the order and the shipping method, but in-stock items usually ship within 5 to 7 business days.

Lightopia is committed to your complete satisfaction with all your purchases. We do accept returns on most items in new uninstalled condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Lightopia is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, shipping rates vary. Shipping and Returns

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

We offer free shipping on all orders that ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping excludes items purchased in Alaska and Hawaii.

RUSH SHIPPING

Please reach out to a lighting specialist prior to placing your order online if you need rush shipping, overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping. The delivery date will depend on the time of day that the request was submitted. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight, dimensions of your order, and speed of service.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you place your order, we’ll send you an email with an estimated shipping date. As soon as your tracking information is available, we’ll update you via email. If there are any changes to your order status, you’ll receive a notification right away. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to us!

SHIPPING ETA

Please note that Estimated Shipping & Arrival Dates are subject to change according to the manufacturer’s and carrier's availability.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please inspect all of your product upon receipt of shipment. If you have any shipping damage it is imperative to report this within 24 hours of receipt. You will be asked to send photos of the damaged packaging and item to [email protected]. Please make sure to inform us if you want a replacement order or a refund. Please note that this could take up to 5 business days to process.


Return and Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

At Lightopia, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. We accept returns on most items in new, uninstalled condition, in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of product. All Open Box, Floor Sample, Discontinued, Custom, Clearance, and Items shipped from overseas are final sales. Please be advised that any fixtures installed are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of the reason.

Contact us directly via phone, email, or chat to start your return. Once you have submitted your return request, we will contact you within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping label for your return. Please note that 10% will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs.

The return must be shipped within 10 business days of return approval, as the shipping label is valid only for this limited time. Once the item is received and your return is accepted, we will issue your refund back to the original form of payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact our Customer Service team via phone, email or chat to make a request for a change or cancellation as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the item has already shipped, it may not be cancelled. Special orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED IN TRASIT

We ask that you fully inspect all products immediately upon receipt. If you suspect that your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of your product. Please email photos of the damaged of the item and the packaging to at [email protected], when submitting your claim.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Please contact our Customer Support team if you suspect your product has a factory defect. Please make sure to include images or any videos available and email them to us at [email protected]. Problems must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Items that are damaged during the installation will not fall under manufacture defect or the warranty.


RETURN REQUESTS

To start a return, please contact Customer Service via phone, email, or chat. Have your order number ready.

WARRANTY

Most of our manufacturers guarantee their products with a warranty. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have any questions regarding a specific product warranty. Lightopia and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from Lightopia, damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the information present, even if Lightopia or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
