Who is eligible to become a member?

Design professionals for either residential or commercial including interior designers, architects, builders, developers, stagers, and more are eligible to join Lightopia’s Trade Program.

Do you offer finish samples or swatches?

Yes, we provide finish samples or swatches upon availability.

How do I login into my account?

You can find the account login on our Trade Program page . Enter the email address and password you used to create your account and you will be taken to your account page. If you cannot remember your password, please click “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How long does it take for my application to get approved?

You can expect an update on your application status within 24-48 hours upon submission.

How do I earn rewards?

Shop using your Trade Account on Lightopia.com and your purchases will be counted towards earning rewards.

How will my rewards be calculated?

Quarterly rewards will be calculated based on delivered merchandise sales, less any applicable returns or cancellations.

What are the reward tiers?

Silver: Earn $250 with $5K-$10K in quarterly sales
Gold: Earn $500 with $10K-$25K in quarterly sales
Platinum: Earn $1.5K with $25K+ in quarterly sales

How and when will I receive my reward?

Lightopia Rewards will be issued via a unique, one-time-use promo code within 30 days of the close of the calendar quarter for sales generated in the previous quarter. The promo code may be applied to one item at or below your reward amount. How long do I have to use my Lightopia Rewards?

You have 90 days from the date your promo code was issued to redeem it. Once the 90-day period has passed, the code will expire and cannot be reactivated or extended.
