Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your lights! If you don’t, simply return them. Please give us a chance to get it right.

Lightopia is committed to your complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. See our return policy here. We accept returns on most items in new, uninstalled condition, in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us directly via phone, email, or chat to start your return.

All Open Box, Floor Sample, Discontinued, Custom, Clearance, and Items shipped from overseas are final sales. Please be advised that any fixtures installed are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of the reason.

It may take several business days to process your request. The product must be shipped within 7 business days of return approval. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will be able to issue the refund or provide you with store credit for exchanges.
